All our production is delivered, for distribution, to our partner Ovo Girão Ltd. Our Eggs are then classified, in accordance with Article 4 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 589/2008 of 23 June 2008 which established the rules for implementing of the Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007,  on the marketing standards for eggs, as follows:

 
XL  – Very large egg, weighing more than 73 gr
L  - Large size egg, weight between 63 g and 73 g
M  - Medium-sized egg, weighing between 53 g and 63 g
S - Small size egg, weight less than 53 gr
