PRODUCTION

Our company currently produces one million five hundred thousand eggs per month. Production is divided into two Houses with a capacity for 21,080 hens each, equipped with enriched cages, a House with a capacity of 20,000 for Barn egg production  and a Pullet rearing Aviary House, with a capacity for 23,760 laying chicks.

According to European regulations, all poultry production companies must have a producer code. Our producer codes are  3PT8004  and  3PT8017

All production complies with National and European legislation regarding to animal welfare.

PRODUCTION MODE

Our company produces Type 3 Egg (Enriched Cage) and Type 2 Egg (Barn egg or Cage Free).

REARING OF OUR PULLETS

The rearing of our pullets is carried out in a house, equipped with a rearing aviary system (Cage Free). The rearing phase lasts 18 weeks, after which our pullets are ready to produce fresh, quality eggs. 

FEEDING OUR HENS

Our Hens are fed with the best and freshest feed available on the market. This feed is regionally manufactured and made available by our partner RAMA Animal feed SA
The feed consists of:

- Soy 
-Sunflower
-Calcium
-Soy oil
- Naturally present vitamins and minerals​
